We are delighted to announce that Brent Fuchs, an advisor with Heritage Financial Consultants, LLC was named the Chamber Businessman of the Year by the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce and received his reward on January 28, 2016. Brent was chosen as the recipient of this prestigious award by over 200 of his peers in the local business community. Brent’s commitment to his clients as well as the community made him a perfect recipient for this reward. Brent has been affiliated as a financial planner with Lincoln Financial Advisors (broker/dealer) for 16 years. By opening his Preston office, Brent was able to create jobs in the Caroline County area. Brent is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and supports a number of local organizations, such as the 4-H Club, Caroline County Library, Chesapeake YMCA and Caroline Hospice. Brent enjoys volunteering his time coaching the Denton Little League Tee-Ball team, as well as indoor and outdoor soccer.

The Businessman of the Year award from the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce is based on a survey of peers: a business is nominated that has shown positive growth, sales or leadership; or has launched a new product or idea; or has recently expanded and has been active in the community. Brent Fuchs had been nominated for this award.
